Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA)
At Creative Door Services, we believe we have a responsibility to you, our valued customer, to offer the most professional service and quality product available in the industry. That is why we are among a select few who have achieved the status of Accredited Door Dealer by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA), an independent accrediting body in the door and access systems industry. The IDEA is a non-profit educational foundation established to provide professional door, gate and operator dealers with the knowledge and skills required to be competitive in today's rapidly changing business environment. IDEA's goals are to provide the educational resources necessary to develop and maintain a successful business, and to validate and accredit those garage door, garage door operator and gate operator dealers whose standards can meet IDEA's demanding criteria of business excellence. Accredited dealers are recognized as among the best in the industry. Requirements include a rigorous six-part examination, as well as proof of insurance, safety compliance and financial stability. In addition, dealers must maintain their status by attending workshops and seminars, and must maintain a minimum number of continuing education units. We are very proud to say that all nine of our locations have completed these requirements. |

International Door Association (IDA)
Creative Door Services is a long-standing member of the International Door Association. We believe in giving back to the industry in which we serve, and also in networking with fellow industry members for the betterment not only of our company but of the industry at large. The International Door Association is an association of door dealers and manufacturers dedicated to promoting door dealer excellence. We demonstrate our commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct by subscribing to the IDA's Voluntary Code of Business Conduct. |

Canadian Door Institute (CDI)
Creative Door Services is very proud of our continued support of the Canadian Door Institute. We have employees who are involved, in a volunteer capacity, in the operations of CDI. All Creative Door Services installers are required by the company to be certified through the CDI Installer Certification Program. No other Canadian company can say this. As a result, no one else has installers who are more educated and trained in the installation of residential and commercial garage doors than Creative Door Services. |
