I called you Friday a.m. January 7th, because my garage door had "broken." I was, and continue to be, impressed by two things:
* Your company responded the same day, and
* Ray, the repairman you sent, was absolutely personable, has a tremendous sense of humour and did an excellent job.
I am a person who likes to watch and see how people do what they do when they are repairing something for me. Ray took the time to explain what needed to be done and to answer my questions. I came to realize, throughout the process, that a significant portion of the work that had been done on this door years ago had, in fact, been done incorrectly. (This is the door that, I’m sure, Ray refers to as the garage door "from Hell.") He repaired the door such that I was able to use the garage over the weekend and returned on Tuesday to, as he put it, "make it work the way I want it to work." He also left his number in the event that I had a problem with it over the weekend. The door now works beautifully, and, I would venture to say, better than it ever has!
It goes without saying that I am a very satisfied customer and am make it be known that I would recommend Creative Door to any of my friends and acquaintances who need this type of work done.

On February 25, 2003, a hinge on our overhead door broke. Later that day we noticed your truck next door at Hertz. I went over and asked your guys if they could look at our door when they were finished. Your very pleasant service techs, Robert Babstock and Trevor King advised me that they did have another job scheduled next. They did say, however, they would look at my door to see what it needed and give me an idea when someone could work on it. Soon after this I went to the back and my door was almost finished being repaired. They had evaluated what needed to be done, called your office for authorization to do this job first. When they completed the job they showed me what they had done and now my door is better than ever. Today I received your invoice and was shocked at the price. I had estimated the price to be much higher.
This is what I call great service and I will always call you first for any future work. I will also recommend you to everyone and tell them how satisfied I was with your service.

On June 05, 2006, My wife & I visited creative doors for an estimate on the installations of two garage doors. Patricia [Pat] Wiebe was summoned and very promptly and courteously provided us with the necessary information after viewing two photos of the existing wood doors which were installed in our garage in 1983.
On June 09,2006...Creative Doors had employee..."Paul"....install two 8 x 9 insulated metal garage doors.
Some assistance was given to Paul on the removal of the old garage doors, which were placed on pallets complete with hardware and removed. The garage door openers remained off set on ceiling.Original door seals were also removed along with all chalking at corners of alm., door finish.
Paul, installed the new doors with care as though they were his own. Door movements were double/triple checked, after the openers were relocated/centered and mounted [relocated from original offset position].
New weather strips were installed, but because of the light weight rubber material it was difficult to install firmly against the doors in all areas, thereby showing daylight from the inside along the edges.
Chalking will be replaced by owners once the weather drys
It will be a pleasure to pass by "word of mouth" the quality and expertise by which Creative Door operates its business.
