The most common way to pay for your new door, parts, or service is with a credit card (Amex, Visa, or Mastercard) in advance. Every transaction is secure and protected. At this time, we do not accept cash as a form of payment at any Creative Door Services branch. Please note: We do not keep or store your credit card information.

For a Service Call:

In order to get your service call on the books with our technicians, we process a pre-authorization payment on your credit card. The amount is an estimate based on what you need, including hourly labour and parts. A handy service representative will quote you over the phone, take your credit card information, and process the amount as a pre-authorization. Once the service call is complete, we may call you to authorize any further amount owing for additional parts and/or labour. Please note that we can only provide an estimated cost in advance, as we’ll need to assess the issue in person to give you an accurate quote. 

For New Doors & Special-Ordered Parts:

Our door specialists will talk through all the best options for you and provide a quote for the supply and install of your new door, operator, or custom part (a single door panel or window, for example). We require payment in advance for anything we need to order from the manufacturer, and we will provide an estimated time of arrival for the product. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Branch Direct Debit, or confirmed Electronic Funds Transfer. Once your item(s) have arrived, we require the remainder of your quoted payment to book your installation. Supply-only is available and will not incur any installation fees. We’ll coordinate with you for pickup. 

For Parts In-House:

The Parts department in most of our branches can make custom-wound torsion springs and supply many other residential and commercial door parts (weather stripping, for example). You can call and ask to speak with a parts representative or just drop by to see if we have what you need. You will need to pay for your part(s) in person when you pick them up via debit or credit card. 

For a Creative Door Credit Account:

Expecting to do multiple transactions with us? Start an account with Creative Door Services by filling out our online credit application and emailing it to: creditapplications@creativedoor.com. Those applying for a credit account agree to Creative Door Services’ terms and conditions, and we may require more financial documents, information, or guarantees from you before approval. Once approved, your account will be assigned a credit limit based on your purchase requirements and credit history. Invoices on your CDS account are due and payable 30 days from the date of invoice, and interest will accrue on an unpaid invoice (2% interest per month, 24% per annum). Accounts with unpaid invoices for 60 days or more may be placed on hold. Please read all applications and terms carefully and let us know if you have questions.
