Our challenge: Take a 25-year-old home from a well-established community and transform it into a modern marvel.
Completing both interior and exterior renovations, the general contractor had already installed new windows, while refining the architecture with modern lines. Now, it was our turn to install sleek garage doors to match the home’s contemporary style.
The Door
Understanding the bold aesthetic that the homeowner wanted to achieve, we knew this was the perfect opportunity to bring Wayne Dalton’s first Luminous Garage Doors Model 8450 to Western Canada.
Mounted on an aluminum platform, the lustrous glass panels appear to float on a frameless structure. We also installed a LiftMaster Elite Series 8587W Opener with an I-Beam Rail System, providing modern durability and smartphone technology.
