What does Planned Maintenance Involve?

Under your Planned Maintenance agreement, Creative Door will provide regular inspections, scheduled at convenient times, subject to your approval. Our technicians will inspect all door apparatuses, including tracks, rollers, power supply, cables and springs. They will run tests, clean, lubricate and adjust necessary components, and ensure alignment. They will then create a comprehensive, multi-point inspection report for your review and answer any questions you may have.
