The roll-up doors in Wayne Dalton’s DS Series are constructed of 26-gauge, galvanized steel. They feature automatic door stops, a steel axle to support the door curtain and counterbalance system, and oil-tempered steel springs for smooth cycle performance. For instance, the Model DS-200 is available in round or square profiles and various colour options to meet the needs of almost any commercial application.

DBCI is another leading manufacturer of commercial-grade rolling sheet doors. Additionally, they can be wind-rated and have full-length UHMW wear strips, weather seals, a wind bar, and a bottom wind stop plate to provide an airtight seal.

Furthermore, if you need a door that can keep up with demanding, round-the-clock operations, Model 885 is the clear choice. It features five layers of NBR rubber with four layers of polyester weave. It also includes a heavy-duty wall and front angles made of high-strength, impact-resistant steel to withstand accidental collisions with vehicles or equipment.

In addition, they’re compatible with accessories such as smoke detectors and safety sensors.

Raynor’s FireCoil rolling doors are another great option. They’re constructed from thick, heavy-duty steel, with a four-hour fire-resistance rating. They feature an automatic door closure initiated by fusible links that melt at 74 C. Smoke and heat detectors can be added to the closing mechanism to automatically shut down the doors in the event of a fire.
